Castle park / landscaped park
Drottningholm Castle is surrounded by an extensive park with numerous structural and design elements. The castle is directly adjoined by a baroque garden from the late 17th century, surrounded by four-row linden avenues. Descendants taken from some of these linden trees were later cultivated in the Lorenz nursery von Ehren into avenue trees. Planted in 2008, they are truly stately trees today.
