With us, you will learn how to combat climate change!
At the Lorenz von Ehren Group, we place a high value on training, and every year we take on up to six young people to begin their training with us. At our locations in Hamburg and Bad Zwischenahn, we train gardeners specialising in tree nurseries, agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics engineers, and wholesale and foreign trade management assistants. After successful completion of their training, we are happy to offer our trainees interesting development prospects within the group.
A profession with a future: for you and the environment. If you love working outside in nature and are interested in your environment, then training as a nursery gardener offers you exciting activities with many facets.
Wholesale and foreign trade clerks in the horticultural sector are very much sought after. Awareness of green matters is increasing, trade relations are becoming closer-knit, trade routes are becoming more international. New markets are ready to be tapped.
A wide variety of machines are used in the nursery, from familiar equipment to special machines such as the root-ball lifter or the spherical pruning machine. We also further develop many of our machines, adapting them to our needs. In addition to a technical interest and dexterity, inventiveness and abstract thinking are also required in this job.
