Water! - The soil is too dry!!

The current persistent drought is already causing problems for the trees.

In case of prolonged drought, we recommend watering the trees as follows, depending on the soil conditions:

Trunk circumference 16-18 cm: 150 litres of water per week
Trunk circumference 20-25 cm: 250 litres of water per week
Trunk circumference 30-35 cm: 350 litres of water per week
Trunk circumference 40-45 cm: 600 litres of water per week
Trunk circumference 50-60 cm: 1000 litres of water per week
Trunk circumference 70-80 cm: 1500 litres of water per week

Urban trees have a particularly hard time during drought and also need our help in such extreme situations, even if they have been in their location for years.

Please water sufficiently and regularly, the trees will thank you with cooling and shade!

“Newly planted trees are particularly affected, because, even just for good growth into the substrate, they need much more water than an already established tree.”
