Courage for large trees -
Great green investment for urban spaces

Lorenz von Ehren Symposium 2023

After the Covid break, we are very pleased to be able to invite you to our great Lorentz von Ehren symposium again. Informative lectures, practice around tree themes, expert discussions, a view beyond the obvious and – let’s not forget! – the relaxed get together on our lakeside terrace: An eventful day around topic

 "Courage to Big Trees"

We often ask ourselves why cities, municipalities, and even some landscape architects usually opt for small trees. Certainly, every tree counts, but large trees do infinitely more for the environment and against climate change. Moreover, big trees are easier to take care of!

Let us talk and listen to each other, share arguments, and take a look into the future.

We have secured Arved Fuchs as a keynote speaker. Arved Fuchs is a polar researcher, climate researcher, and adventurer.

Save the date: Thursday, September 7, 2023,
Maldfeldstrasse 4, Hamburg

„Big trees are our answer to climate change! Let us talk about it. We look forward to seeing you at our symposium!"
