Spiraea - Meadowsweets

Comprising 100 species, this genus has long been known as a group of beautiful garden shrubs. They are considered low-maintenance, robust and long-lived. Two main flowering times can be distinguished: spring and summer, which partially persist into autumn. The radial, individual flowers turn white, pink or carmine and develop luxuriously for several weeks; fruits and leaves are not special.
